Deliveries are carried out by the selected shipping company at the time of placing the order. Pallet shipments are delivered by GEODIS Road Network in accordance with CPT INCOTERMS 2020. They are sent from Poland, and the delivery time varies depending on your location.

Shipping fees include handling fees, packaging costs, and shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will be charged for each of them. The package will be sent at your own risk, but please take extra care to protect delicate items.
Shipments are of large size, and we take every precaution to ensure they are well secured during transport.
Consumers (who have entered into a distance or off-premises contract) making purchases unrelated to their business activities are entitled to a refund within 14 days.
In the case of pallet shipments, a return can only be made on a pallet as well. In the event of contract withdrawal after the delivery of goods to the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring proper protection of the goods during transportation and covering the costs of return shipping.
When receiving a shipment, it is important to check its condition in the presence of the courier. If any damages are detected, it is necessary to create a damage report with the shipping company employee, describing the damage in detail and preferably documenting it (e.g., by taking photos). These steps are essential to file claims with the carrier.
